Windows Antivirus or Windows Defender

CyberPlanet/CyberClient is detected as potentially dangerous by many antiviruses because it has the power to restart PCs, block processes, control hardware, etc.
That is why it is necessary to create exclusions preventing cyberplanet files from being deleted.

How to exclude in Windows Antivirus?

If you prefer to create exclusions manually, follow the steps:

 

You must exclude these 4 folders in your antivirus:

  1. C:\Windows\CyberPlanet  
  2. C:\ProgramData\CyberPlanet
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\TenaxSoft\CyberPlanet (if you are on PC server)
  4. C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberClient  (if you are on the client PC)

1- Search for "Windows Security" in Windows.

 


2- Click on Protection on virus & threat protection.

 


3- Click on Manage settings.

 


4- Click on Add or remove exclusions.

 


5- Select folder

 


6- Enter the 4 locations

  1. C:\Windows\CyberPlanet
  2. C:\ProgramData\CyberPlanet
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\TenaxSoft\CyberPlanet (if you are on PC server)
  4. C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberClient  (if you are on the client PC)

NOTE: This is the default installation path, if you modified the location when installing you must enter the corresponding path.
