If you prefer to create exclusions manually, follow the steps:
You must exclude these 4 folders in your antivirus:
- C:\Windows\CyberPlanet
- C:\ProgramData\CyberPlanet
- C:\Program Files (x86)\TenaxSoft\CyberPlanet (if you are on PC server)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberClient (if you are on the client PC)

1- Search for "Windows Security" in Windows.
2- Click on Protection on virus & threat protection.
3- Click on Manage settings.
4- Click on Add or remove exclusions.
5- Select folder
6- Enter the 4 locations
- C:\Windows\CyberPlanet
- C:\ProgramData\CyberPlanet
- C:\Program Files (x86)\TenaxSoft\CyberPlanet (if you are on PC server)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberClient (if you are on the client PC)
NOTE: This is the default installation path, if you modified the location when installing you must enter the corresponding path.
